LGR Emballages is managed by a Management Board of 4 Directors and a Shareholder's Committee. General orientations at the head of the Group are so collectively made, while keeping dynamics and reactivity that are necessary for modern management.

The autonomy of the sites, a governance principle


The LGR Emballages Group wants each site to keep its identity and autonomy so as to promote the entrepreneurial spirit and reactivity. Each production plant of the Group is so managed as a local autonomous entity on both functional and managerial levels.

Shared values and transverse actions


In spite of their diversity and autonomy, companies of the Group share common culture and values. Many support functions of the plants, such as quality, R&D or industrial project management, are so led by transversely. Even if the plants have their own resources in these fields, communication, coordination and consistency of processes are carried out by involved responsible managers.
